Monday

March 16, 2015

It’s something, how we feel on certain days of the week.  A lot of us look at Monday as a new start for the week. If we want to start to eat healthy, start a project or stop a bad habit, we say, “I will start on Monday.”

Monday for some of us feels like Friday is soooooo far away or maybe that’s my feeling, as I look forward to the weekend.

For some of us, Monday feels like when we walk into work, school or home, ”What are we walking into?”

It appears once we get through Monday, the rest of the week is a breeze for some of us.  I know when Wednesday – Hump Day – comes, I start feeling pretty good as I feel I’m halfway to TGIFridaaayyyyyyyy!!

In the long run, it is what you make it to be and to each his own.  When Monday comes you may feel the same way you feel about Friday.  I know at times I dread Monday But on Friday, I do a happy dance!

Overall, I thank God for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Hump Day), Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  I want to live for all seven days of the week and greet whatever comes my way.

Happy Monday to all of you – make it a great day!!
